What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna where available at checkout.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant. We never see or store your full card details ourselves.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so the best chance of changing or cancelling is within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at info@mk-studio.store as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do what we can.
Do you offer discounts on multiple items or bundles?
Yes look out for bundle offers on select product pages, where buying more can mean saving more. Bundle pricing is shown directly on the product page when available.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days depending on your location, after a 1–3 day processing window. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement. Full details, including what's eligible, are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
My item arrived damaged or wrong what do I do?
Email info@mk-studio.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund no need to send anything back.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
